What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida. I bought a house less than a year ago. I have a girlfriend of that I want out my house. what is the legal way to go by to get her out.

Does the girlfriend also own the house? If not, has she contributed in any way to the upkeep/maintenance of the house?
