What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA
My wife and I are separated. She moved out and is now renting her own place. I have a money judgment against me now from capital one who is dealing with Weltman Weinberg and Reis. She knew about the debt when she left, in fact she told them on the phone that she wouldn't help me. The credit card was in my name only though. They are going to put a levy on my things and sell them and might garnish my bank account. My question is can they take her things and garnish her account too since we are still married and not divorced yet?
