What is the name of your state? OH

Who is responsible for system repairs (air conditioner) between closing and buyer possession? There is no home warranty, and a home inspection was completed, with all systems passing. Thanks in advance for your input.

Unless the contract says otherwise, as soon as the deed is signed, it's the buyer's baby.:D
