What is the name of your state? IL
I let the house go in a chapter 7. I was discharged and the house still hasn't been sold yet at a sheriff's sale. I am being cited by the county for violations such as not cutting the grass etc. since the time I moved out. According to the county, I am still on title so I am still liable for this stuff. Isnt the mortgage company liable? Thanks!

You are legally responsible as long as you are on title to the property.
I suggest that you contact the BK Trustee immediately.
