What is the name of your state? MT

I am wondering what liability, if any, I might be subject to as a board member of our homeowners association. There is no property associated with the association.

Thank you

There is no way to answer your question. Generally, if you are acting within your authority on the board, you should be protected by the boards umbrella policy. If you act outside your scope, you could be found personally liable.

Thank you

Thank you for your reply. You did answer my question. I am sorry that I did not communicate my questions very well. I wanted to know if I would be personally responsible for any decisions/actions the board may take.
Thank you again.
