What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

I own a small retail shop in a strip mall. A company approached me about participating in a green initiative. The idea involves a test performed on an automobile. The test would be performed in the parking lot in an out of the way location. My business has nothing to do with the auto industry, but this seems like a great thing to do for my customers. I pay the company $100 and they give me tickets to give to my select customers. My customers and other business in my strip mail will do the same. Customer presents tickets to green company and receives the test at no charge to the customer. My question is what liability am I opening myself up to.

Contract from green company indemnifies be of any liability. The back of the ticket has language that indemnifies me, and the agreement the customer signs also indemnifies me as well as the owner of the property from any liability. This seems like a lot of indemnification. I feel safe, but wanted other opinions.
