What is the name of your state? Florida
This may not be the right forum, but here goes: Because of outsiders coming in to my sub division to swim and fish in the rentention ponds, my homeowners association has posted signs around all ponds stating "No Trespassing", "No Swimming, Water not fit for human consumption", and "For the exclusive use of residents only" My question is this: Does the presense of these signs lesson or absolve the Home Owners Association of any liabilty in case someone (outsider or not) gets hurt or drowns?
