If a friend borrows my car here in Pa.and is involved in an accident and found to be at fault, whose insurance takes the hit? This is probably already been discussed. Thanks

Yours. Insurance follows the car. You may also be personally liable if you lend the car to a friend you know is drunk or a bad driver. Your insurance won't cover it.
