What is the name of your state? GA

I have a friend in a country outside the US. He wants to buy dedicated web hosting. On the server he wants to put various wallpaper of various things. Examples are female celebrities, fast cars, movie posters, various computers etc.

To get the hosting he has to list a U.S. address. He wants to list my address as the address for the dedicated server. He will be paying for the dedicated server via his own credit card that comes from a bank in his country.

Basically I want to know if I would be at all liable if someone were to try to take legal action against my friend because of the content on the site. Thanks for any advise on this.

Since your address is on the account, you will probably be named in any lawsuit. The burden will then be on you to demonstate that you were not part of the suspect activity even though you/your address was listed on the server paperwork.

And how much money are you getting in return for this hassle?
