Hello all,
Recieved the following question on site.
New York Law Regarding.
HI, I PLACED AN ORDER THE OTHER DAY FOR A TELEPHONE VOICE CHANGER FOR MY
BUILDING SUPERINTENDANT. I NEED TO KNOW IF I AM LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR
ANY MISSUSE OR ILLEGAL USE. IF SO, I'D LIKE TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND I WILL
HAVE HIM REORDER IT HIMSELF. I THOUGHT I WAS DOING HIM A FAVOR BUT I DON'T
HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT HE WANT'S TO USE IT FOR. THANK YOU
So who can help me out with this one?
Thanks

If the item is legal to buy & possess in New York, then it's ok. If you gave him a banana and he beat someone with it, that would be illegal use, but you wouldn't be liable.

But more importantly, if you have doubts about his motivations, don't do it.
