What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Im in CA. Hes in a different state, ebay sale.

I have created and own the rights on a software program.

I have both a ebay seller account I sell under, and a website that sells my software.

Someone bought from ebay, and have accused me of bootlegging software I own.

I told him several times to email the company website to verify and he refused.

placed Neutral feedback stating: bootleg copy

comments have effected current and future software sells via ebay.

email sent to buyer from company customer service verifying the software is authentic, no response.

What do I do from here? Thanks
