What is the name of your state?
Washington State.
My wife, her Pro Bono attorney and a not-for-profit legal organization filed a temporary no contact order and a 1 year restraining order. All of the statements are not true and are not backed up by court records and public/non-public documents. The no contact order which I didn't know I had got me arrested (we will be winning this case in a few days as the state has no case and we filed a Knapstad motion to dismiss.) I have proof that the restraining order was filed to get me out of my house so that my wife could freely cgamble and worse. All of this is documented with bank withdrawals at casinos and phone records. Becaus of this I have lost everything I own and now have an arrest recored even if it is dismissed. (I haven't had so much as a parking ticket in 41 years!)
How do I file this? Do I file for Libel, Slander, Defamation and Malicious Prosecution or just Malicious Prosecution. Does this sort of document have immunity from prosecution.
Also,I have documents to show my wife committed perjury in a sworn declaration, what can I do about that.

You cannot sue for defamation based on statements in court documents which are absolutely privileged.

If you think someone has committed perjury, call the cops.
