Arizona - Is any suggestion that you committed a crime (when you have not committed that crime) a slander or libel if it was stated on the airways (radio) and also was printed in the newspaper? How do lawyers determine whether the statement would be considered a suggestion of a crime (by what standard do they measure against) and whether a suit would have any merit?
