I'd appreciate learning whether a "statement of fact" as it happened, including names of businesses or individuals, is considered to be libel or defamation? This implies publishing on any public boards/forums the straight occurrences or experiences considered abusive which anyone has had with companies or individuals. There should be a difference between insulting and telling the simple facts, even if they are considered damaging for reputation. Aren't these things we read in the papers every day? Can speaking out what happened be illegal or considered defamation? Thanks for taking time to clear this.
