What is the name of your state? Nevada I am trying to get information on a case the has been brought by the Second Judicial Court in Reno. The case is being brought by the AG and the complaintant is the Highway Patrol. The case type say Libel of information and the party type says Respondent/Forfeiture. Since I live in CA I can't go look up the case at the courthouse and the clerks office has been no help. This case involves my ex, he was arrested in Reno in Jan 2005. This is a new case that has been filed by the AG. Can anyone tell me what he is being charged with? What does Libel of Information mean?

A "libel of information" is a document (kind of similar to a petition or a complaint) that is filed with a court explaining the circumstances and particulars of why a product is adulterated or misbranded and seeking seizure of the product.
