Hi there,

My question regards the site www.rateyouremployer.org. Would negative comments posted by users ("this employer was sexually-discriminative" etc...) that may or may not be true be called libel? The contract attempts to say the site isn't a "publication", and that responsibility/accountability for comments rests with the anonymous submitters. Is this evasion of responsibility be called negligence?
Most forums probably have to contend with the same predicament, so what do they do?

thanks,
luke
