The City of Stanton, CA is trying to pass an ordinance restricting long-term stays in motels. In a recent newspaper interview the City Clerk stated:" Tenants who have stayed more than 30 days create safety hazards". I represent of group of associated Long-term tenants who are Seniors, Veterans, and disabled in addition to being financially responsible and Patrons of the Business communtiy. "Have we been libeled"?
