I heard that if a company buys an idea from someone (or a know how), they usually buy a licence ("licenced to...") for making a product based on that idea. How do I licence an idea? Is there a legal form that I have to get, or I just write (in the bottom of the paper) "licenced to - my name"? Thank you in advance!
