I live in PA, but work over twenty miles into NJ. My license is going to be revoked in PA for three months for a first offense DUI. Can I legally obtain a NJ license to drive in NJ, even though my PA license will be revoked for three months?

I don't know about NJ but in Kansas you have to be a resident of the state to get a license there.
