What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WV

i attended a training program at a community college in WV. The program is run by the school but the state lottery commission provides licensing once the program is completed if you pass the instructors audition/test. i feel that one course was not adequate due to the teachers behavior and failure to instruct correctly. I was not able to get a job because i failed an audition at an actual casino. The question is if i complain and ask for my money back from the school will my license be revoked?

reasons i blame the instructor:

- taught the wrong bets
- failed to teach other significant procedures
- poor teaching method
- bad attitude in class/surly disposition
- unresponsive and aversive to questions from students. when he did answer he was incoherent.
- lack of preparation
- lack of knowledge about the subject

and also there is another more unsavory reason. that being that he was attracted to one of the students and devoted his time to her. he always sat next to her. instead of instructing or spending equal time he divided the class into two tables and just had them play poker all class. So the other students were shafted basically because he did not pay any attention to them. But some more than others because many people in the class already knew poker, and the few who didn't were especially screwed because they could not rest on their own knowledge of how the game worked and what the procedures actually were.

and its not fair. i would like to get my money back but i think that my license could be revoked.

So, please clarify for me - the school was training to get your license. You got your license. But you didn't get a job because of a bad audition?

What did the instructor and the school administrator say when you expressed these concerns to them?

You're not guaranteed a job. The program was designed to give you basic knowledge and it was up to you to grow that knowledge into a skill level required by potential employers. Casinos require a "presence" in additional to technical knowledge. Maybe you just didn't fit the specific kind of person they needed at the time.
