i purchased a used moble home, when i purchased it the sellers told me they had the furnace replaced less then 2 years prior and had never had any problems out of it.as soon as i began using it it started messing up. I had a company look at it and was told that it belonged in a house and that they couldn't work on it. my purchase agreement stats "as is" but that they informed me of any knowledge of problems. When i spoke with the sellers they said "my problem". i found out they installed it themselves.they have no licensing in heating and cooling. they also had replaced a circuit board that they failed to tell me about.I have all of this in recording and am considering taking them to court for the cost of the new furnace. is this worth fighting for or is it my fault for trusting them and n0t having it inspected. i paid cash for it.
