I'm from California
I received a notice of pre-lein on my storage unit stating if I don't pay the full amount by the 2nd I would be charged an additional 50 against it.
I payed the full balance on the 2nd and then receive a call saying I still owed this months rent as well as the 50 lien against. When I went in to talk to them I was told because I payed after their buissness hours it wasn't processed until the next day. So I was Technically late.
I have the bank statement as well as a confirmation email from them saying the payment went through on the second. She currently has me locked out of my unit and I have no idea what to do

Logically, what you need to do is pay the $50 and the rent that is also currently due.

I'm want to do so but I get paid bi weekly and if I cant pay the 110 by the 10th I'm going to loose everything in my unit.
I have other bills as well and 110 is a lot at one time

I understand that you are in a difficult place. Perhaps you can make a good-faith payment to them of some sort? Communicate with them. If that doesn't work, then you'll need to find a way to pay.

I would love to but I just payed them 110 on the second. I asked if I could just get the picture albums out and she could do what she wants with the rest and see said no

You may wish to sell some items (or pawn them) in order to get those precious items out of storage.

They don't want the trash in your unit. They want their money. They're not going to just let you walk away with the stuff you want and leave you with the trash and the rent in arrears.

Its just irritating I just paid 110 and she still says I owe her another 110
I didn't think I'd the stuff in there as trash but I have all the stuff I've saved from my sisters house in there I can replace her stuff in time, but the pictures I can't

I'm assuming your monthly rent is $110.00. I'm also assuming that the payment of $110 that you made on the 2nd was the August rent. If that's the case, then yes, you DO owe her another $110. Your irritation is misplaced if it's directed at the business. Quite frankly, it's obvious that you'd screw them over if you were allowed to take out the pictures and leave the remaining items. I know YOU don't think the stuff in there is trash, but it actually is to the folks who have to deal with it.

Beg, borrow, or pawn/sell stuff.

That's because the $110 you paid was for last month, paid waaaaaaaay late.

You now owe for September. Borrow some money, $10 here and there, if necessary.

And guess what? They'll want $110 at the first of next month too...

Monthly payment is 60
I didn't pay for August or July
Which is my mistake I paid that past due balance on the second.
I'm being charged an extra 50 dollars because she's saying it didn't process untill the third even though the money itself came out of my account in the second and I have a confirmation email saying it was approved on the second

Why did you pay $110 and not $120? If you only paid $110, then you're STILL late.

Really, if you want the stuff and have to do this by the 10th, take care of it any way possible.

Pay or lose the stuff. It really is that simple. There's nothing else we can do for you.
