THE LIEN WOULD ATTACH TO THE POLICY TO BECOME A PRIORITY PAY- MANY TIMES WE ARE NOT PAID BECAUSE WE ARE TOLD YOU DIDN'T HAVE A LIEN- SOUTH CAROLINA DOES NOT RECOGNIZE LIENS ON INSURANCE POLICIES TO PROTECT THE CLAIM- NOW WHAT? THIS WOULD APPLY TO LIENS FILED IN THE COUNTY COURT. IS IT POSSIBLE TO ATTACH A LIEN TO A POLICY WITHOUT FILING WITH THE COURTS?
