texas, I need to know if I can put a lien on a mobil home that is under sister in laws name witch she abandoned. the mobil home is on my property and has consideralbe damage but the company she bought it from want to take it now but we live in it and have fixed it to be livable. cant we put some kind of lein for storaging it over a year on our property?

So exactly who has title to the home? I bet the lender does in which case you have no claim and must start packing to move out.
