What is the name of your state (Wisconsin)

Quick and dirty,

Wisconsin Small claim Judgement, 2009 and docketed 2009. Lien on property in the amount of 7000. home has sold, sales price 172,000, close on March 1st. Mortgage payoff 130,346 Equity is approximately 41,000 . Wi statutes 815.20 say my equity is exempt up to 40,000, and partially exempt over 40,000 What are my options?

Collection Attorney is doing their best to avoid me.
