What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MA

Dual question, is there a difference between a Lian and an Execution?

If there is a lien/Execution and the deed is transferred will the sale of the home be effected still by the lien?

**A: A lien attaches to the real property so if not removed will still be on title even if there is a change in owners on a deed.
