de. resident. wife purchased mobile home before we were married on her signature only. we were married and built a home on land that was willed to me. i used this as collateral on the mortgage for the house. in doing this, i had to put my land in my wife's name as well. she turned in the mobile with a balance remaining. mortgage company she got the the loan from says they can put a lien on our house and possibly evict us for the balance of the mobile. is de. a community property state? is it legal for them to put a lien on my land?
