i am from texas and have been married for four years and four months. before my husband and i were married we had agreed that we would not have children because neither one of us wanted any. well four years later i find out that my husband has a six year old son (he never told me about) and a two year old daughter each with a different mother. i do not want any part of these lies anymore should i file for divorce or an annulment?

I'm not a lawyer and I don't know anything about the law, but I'm going through a divorce right now. Make sure this is what you truely want, because divorce is a difficult thing to go through. It is emotionally draining and possibly very expensive. The good thing that you have going for you is that there are no kids envolved (between you and him). My advice is to see if you and him can work things out. Seek some kind of marriage counselling and try to work through your problems. If you can't work through your problems, then consider getting a divorce. But don't take getting a divorce lightly.
