My uncle Tom died and had a life insurance policy worth $11K. He was a legal resident of Arkansas at the time of his death. His wife was the primary beneficiary, who is dead. My mother was the secondary, who is also dead. Tom had no will. I realize the policy will have to go through probate, but is there any formula to determine who will now be the beneficiary of this policy?

Thanks for your help!
