i took blood test etc, to get same ins as my fiance. I was told by agent that because of lab results I am denied, He said the only way I find out why is I need to give them permissin to send to my Doctor. What if I dont want my Dr. but I do want explanation.

Then you're out of luck. They are entitled to do it that way. In fact, I'm not positive but I believe that under the ADA they may be required by law to release results only to your doctor.
