What is the name of your state? Missouri

My sister and I were listed as benefeciaries on my fathers insurance policy along with our step-mother. My father passed away 2 years ago and our step-mother did not have any contact with us after his death and we have yet to see any benefits paid to us. We believe that she collected the benefits without our knowing. What are our rights?

The insurance company is responsible for making payments to the proper party(s). Contact them and ask them to provide you with information on the policy and to whom benefits were paid.
