Georgia.My father had metlife life insurance from his General Motors job in michigan.At the time of him naming a beneficiary he only listed his firstborn, which I his second was not born until a year later.I was denied benefits because he did not add me to his life insurance or even touch it since he first signed up. Can I fight this at all or can I use his doctors info stating he was suffering from schzophrenia at the time of his death?
