Life Insurance & Divorce

Florida - I am in the process of a divorce in Florida and found out my soon to be Ex has removed me from his life insurance. Can a husband remove his spouse from his life insurance without her signature before he is legally divorced. I belive he has forged my signature yet again what are my options. Thanks, FEDUPINFL

A 401k pension plan requires a spouse's notarized signature to effect a change of beneficiary, but I know of no law that covers designation of life insurance beneficiaries.
