NY. How do I determine if the representative does in fact have a liability? The insurance had been applied for minimumly 6 weeks prior to submission of the choice of the pension method chosen. This was based on the representative's "expertise". A final reply had not been received from the insurance company by the date the pension application was to be submitted and the advice was "there should be no problem, definitely choose the full pension". As irresponsible as this was, we had thought we had started proceedings in more than enough time.
