Hi I live in PA and My Father lives in Maryland. I have been going to and from each state to help my Dad. He has no life insurance, with cancer at age 78. How can i get life insurance with out consent?What is the name of your state Pennsylvania (only U.S. law)?

You can't. Even if you could, you mostly likely would be unable to find an insurance company willing to insure a 78-year-old cancer patient.
