What is the name of your state? Florida!
I am curious to know if you can purchase life insurance on someone else without them knowing? The reason why I ask this is my daughter has a deadbeat father and I would like to see her well taken care for when she gets older. Thank you for your help!

Unless things have changed drastically since I was working with life insurance, while it is possible to take out a life insurance policy on someone else, it cannot be done without their knowledge. The application form would require their signature, even if someone else was going to be the owner of the policy.
