Life Insurance Lein question?

With a term life insurance policy that has only one beneficiary can a lein be placed on the claim? The policy was taken out primarialy to pay of the morgage on the house, now there are several medical bills. Thank you for your time

Likdly not. Most policies can't be taken to satisfy debts.

Well not for the dead person's debts. It might be able to be taken for the beneficiary's debts
