in reguards to the life insurance question. Advice was to transfer the ownership of the policy. In Pa. is a life insurance policy ownership able to be transfered? And, you mentioned 3 years in reguards to the estate. Is this the length of time a benefit is generally held in (?escrow) until it's released, when there is monies owed by the deceased?
