If I transfer my tax defferred annuity to my daughter on my life insurance policy do I receive a 1099 form? If I do I presume I pay tax's on any gain, is that true?
This question would be better answered by presenting it to the life insurance company or to a CPA or tax accountant or by posting it on the tax law message board.
