my brother passed away 3/13/01, my mother was the
beneficiary on his life insurance policy through his
employer, my mother passed away 2 years ago. my brother
never married but he does have a daughter(19)he also had
a pension and bank accounts in which mother is also
benefifiary..my family paid all the funeral expenses
but we are not sure how to handle this, there was no
will as he passed on unexpectedly, this happened in the
state of louisiana..any advice you can give will be
appreciated.
