What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
Would I be able to collect on a life insurance policy on my ex husband? He is alive , owes me money and I have a lein on his property. I am about to be remarried and am wondering if I should continue to pay the premium on an Life insurance policy (for which I am the owner) . We have been divorced for 7 years
