What is the name of your state? OH

A few months ago I did something stupid and set my apartment on fire and said my exhusbands new wife did it so I could get my two boys back. They have been withholding my kids and alienating me from them for over a year and wont even let me talk to them on the phone on their birthdays! I couldn't take not seeing my kids anymore and letting her play mommy to them. They even call her mommy and they say my kids don't even know who I am anymore and Im not safe to be around because I had a few issues with post partum depression. His wife went to jail for arson and I tried to get them for my visitation weekend but my ex said he wasn't letting me see my kids still because it wasn't safe and that her lawyer said Im a suspect now even though nothings been given to me about it. I told him I knew his wife set the fires and he said she was at work and wouldn't believe me. Is he in contempt for not allowing me visitation? The lawyer who's been talking to me said they have texts from and old number of mine that shes saying prove I set the fires but they can't track the number on a minute phone can they? Its not attached to something like verizon or sprint, its just a cheap little throwaway phone Ive used for years for when my real phone got shut off. Could they end up proving the number belongs to me and I go to jail instead of her? Could I go to jail cause of just a few texts? Will I lose my kids if I have to go to jail or can I still get visitation? I cant stand the thought of them taking my kids and winning. Its been almost 2 years since I last saw my babies and I CANT wait any longer. Is there anything I can file to force them to give me my kids before the case is over like taking away his rights or something? He has jail time suspended if he denies me again but I dont have a lawyer anymore to file contempt charges. MY mom lives in Texas and has room for all of us down there if I can get the kids just one time. Could I take my kids there for good? He lost custody of his other daughter and his whole family is on my side about his new wife so I know they will back up that she did it and not me. Can I still try and get them for visitation even though Im not supposed to be around her?Because I have to pick up my kids at their house.
