(urgent)is there a limited to a guest staying
when you have a limited occupancy clause in a
month to month rental agreement.
My tenant and his girlfriend and her 2 kids living
with him.

A guest is different from an occupant.

You will have to convince a court that she is actually living there. Does she have a place to live other than these premises? Where does she get her mail? Where has she told her insurance company that her car is principally garaged? Find that out and check if that is true and current. There are probably detective services that can do this and more for you.
