Is a debit transaction considered a check? It was done through an Electrum card which debited my money from my bank account. I need to know if check care will send this to anonther collection agency or just send a judgement. i can pay but not all of it this month.

They can't 'send a judgment', they have to go thru the legal process of suing you, filing a lawsuit, having you served, going to court, etc. - it usually takes months.

A debit transaction isn't exactly the same as a 'check' but fraud is fraud. If it was done fraudulently, its illegal !
