What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ca

My boyfriend has an account with Sprint. I have asked my friend to pay our bill online for us on 2 occasions. As a present to her we recently added a new line for her as we are on a family plan and only use about a fourth of our minutes. The first month after adding her, her credit card was billed for our entire bill. She had used her credit card to purchase her new phone. Now, two months later she was debited the invoice amount from her checking account. Which was how she had paid our bill the 2 previous times. I called Sprint and tried to rectify the situation to no avail. When I later logged back on to the website I learned that Sprint had charged both her credit card and her checking account and we have a 50.00 credit on our Sprint account. What can I do about it.

So pay your friend. Let your friend deal with the double payment.
