I know there is a website where you can do this but I can' find it. How do I find out how much a person COULD BE making based on their education?

Careful though. I just ran my job through the site that Zephyr posted... it rated my job at almost $6000 less/year for my geographic location than I'm actually making, and would therefore harm your case rather than strengthen it.
