What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ

I signed a listing agreement along with the broker 9 days ago and delivered it to his office, but there is no NJMLS listing, no GSMLX listing, no ads I know of, no lockbox, no showing property, and no responses to my emails or phone messages. How do I terminate this broker quickly without strings attached?

Beats me. I haven't read the agreement.

Is it an open listing? Is it an exclusive listing? It is an exclusive right to sell? Does it state that the broker will create an NJMLS listing within 9 days? Does it state that the broker will create a GSMLX listing within 9 days? Does it state the broker will place ads within 9 days? Does it state the broker will place a lockbox within 9 days? Does it state the broker will respond to your emails or phone messages? Does it state you can terminate it quickly without strings attached?

So many questions....
