Regarding witnesses listed in Initial Disclosure in TTAB proceeding. Just because a person lists someone it doesn't mean that actually have to use/interview/call the listed person does it?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

I agree with your assesment. Just because they were disclosed does not mean they need to be called.
