What is the name of your state? TX
My checking account is frozen, due to a judgement. If I deposit my payroll checks in another account that doesn't have my name on it in anyway, could the scum find out about it? If they do find out about it, can they do anything?

Thanks

NO, I AM NOT A BILL COLLECTOR!!!!!

Your lucky you live in Texas, they can't garnish your wage there, too bad. How long do you want to play games with the judgement holder? The judgement is good for 10 years and can be renewed for another 10. They are going to screw up your credit so buying a house or car will be out of the question. The only credit you will get is from the high rate joints. You have 3 options, hide and run for the next 20 years, pay them off and be over with it or file bankruptcy. And are you going to answer my question in your other post?

If "you're", not a bill collector, than why all the hostility??

If you settle with these scums, then they will gather up all your other defaults and put a full court press on through the courts....no thanks. I'll just wait for the 4 year SOL, then settle with this one company. Make sense??
