live-in BF have legal rights in my home?

I own my home, trying to get boyfriend to move out. He does not have any written contract. If he refuses to leave, who do I call, police? Or does he have a legal right to be there?

If he has resided there more than two weeks , you need to start Legal eviction proceedings , usually with a 30 day ( written ) notice . So If you give him 30 day written notice on June 30,05 n he will have until Aug. 1,05 to vacate .

If he still refuses , see your court clerk for further proceedings . Keep a copy of the signed and dated 30 days notice . Have an unbiased witness to the fact you gave him the notice , if you can .
